Bring your school day to life with Movement Snax — energising, inclusive sessions for every pupil.

Whether it’s playful movement, everyday strength-building, or mindful mobility, our small-group sessions offer a fresh take on physical activity. Designed to engage pupils who don’t always connect with traditional PE, Movement Snax helps all learners — from the most active to the most reluctant — move with purpose, confidence, and joy.

Small steps. Big impact

We use purposeful movement to boost whole-school wellbeing through small-group, low-pressure sessions that build strength, focus, and emotional regulation in ways that feel natural, playful, and accessible.

Movement Snax is for everyone. Our inclusive and energising approach supports all pupils — especially those who struggle with traditional PE — to feel calm, confident, and connected.

Whether through primal movement, outdoor exploration, or sensory-based challenges, every session is designed to nurture joy, resilience, and personal growth through meaningful movement at the heart of the school day.

Our team of specialist PE teachers deliver every session with care and intention — nurturing calm, confidence, and a joyful connection to movement.

We prioritise progress over performance, helping all pupils feel successful on their own terms. Every session is designed to support regulation, boost readiness to learn, and bring wellbeing to life — not just in words, but in daily action.

Reclaiming Movement as a Catalyst for Change in Schools.

Today’s pupils face growing challenges — from emotional regulation and classroom readiness to feeling connected, confident, and well. Schools are under pressure to do more with less, yet the solution might already be within reach.

When movement is purposeful, inclusive, and embedded, it becomes a powerful tool that meets three essential needs: it reignites joy, creates calmer classrooms, and brings wellbeing to life — not just in policy, but in practice.

Here’s how we make it happen.

1. The Need to Reconnect Children with Joyful Movement

Improves physical literacy, social confidence, and emotional regulation

Encourages playfulness and exploration rather than competition

Builds positive lifelong relationships with physical activity

✔️FUNdamentals, purpose and progress.

✔️ A safe space where every pupil can move confidently

✔️ Movement should feel joyful — not judged.

2. The Need for a Calmer, More Regulated School Day

Provides calming, low-pressure movement breaks to reset the mind

Supports emotional regulation and reduces classroom disruptions

Enhances focus and energy levels to improve learning readiness

✔️ Making movement accessible, inclusive, and meaningful

✔️Supporting behaviour, resilience, and emotional regulation

✔️ A regulated pupil is a ready learner.

3. The Need to Make Wellbeing Tangible, Visible, and Daily

Embeds consistent, purposeful physical activity into the school day

Supports mental and emotional health through movement-based strategies

Helps schools live their wellbeing values with practical, visible impact

✔️Supports reintegration and builds readiness to learn

✔️ Wellbeing should be felt — not just spoken about.

Our Approach: Intent, Implementation & Impact

Intent.

To improve wellbeing, behaviour, and inclusion through purposeful movement that meets pupils where they are — physically, emotionally, and socially. We aim to reconnect young people with their bodies and peers, nurture resilience and focus, and empower learners to thrive in and beyond school.

↑ Inclusive play and friendship opportunities

Implementation.

Our sessions are primarily held outdoors and feature functional exercises, movement games, and team challenges tailored for small groups. This setting creates a supportive, low-pressure environment that reduces anxiety and encourages positive engagement—free from judgement or stress.

Each block is planned to develop:

1. Emotional regulation & mental fitness

2. Physical literacy & functional movement

3. Social skills & communication

4.Learning behaviours & soft skills

Impact.

Our evidence-informed approach delivers measurable gains in pupil confidence, emotional regulation, and social skills. Schools consistently report higher attendance, fewer behavioural incidents, and greater engagement in learning. By nurturing the whole child through purposeful movement, we empower vulnerable learners to develop lasting skills for both academic achievement and personal wellbeing.

The result: empowered learners who thrive academically, socially, and emotionally—ready to embrace their full potential and succeed beyond the classroom.

Beyond PE

Targeted Movement for Wellbeing

Functional Movement for Confidence & Capability

A progressive movement programme that builds strength, mobility and resilience in children — without the pressure of traditional sport. Tailored for diverse abilities and needs, the sessions build emotional regulation, physical confidence, and trust. We teach safe, age-appropriate strength and movement patterns that improve joint health, posture and core stability, and build physical confidence through fun, structured games and challenges. These purposeful sessions include sensory-friendly activities and reflective team-building to promote holistic wellbeing, communication, and resilience.

Outdoor Regulate & Reset

Blending mindful movement, sensory grounding, and natural exploration, this outdoor intervention helps children reconnect with their bodies, each other, and the world around them. Sessions are rooted in nature and built around instinctive, playful movement patterns—think walking trails, barefoot exploration, crawling through woodland spaces, and balancing on fallen logs. Pupils lift, carry, drag and hang from natural objects like rocks, ropes, and branches, building strength, coordination, and confidence through animalistic, full-body movement. These low-pressure, non-competitive experiences are designed to calm the nervous system and awaken the senses. Through guided reflection and breathwork, children learn to regulate emotions, develop social awareness, and experience a deep sense of connection—with the land, their peers, and themselves.

Think, Move, Thrive: Games With Purpose

A structured movement and play programme that builds social skills, emotional literacy, and leadership through purposeful ‘Game Play’—energising the body and sharpening the mind. Designed for all pupils, from the most active to those who find it hard to settle, each session follows a “Choose – Do – Review” model to embed learning beyond the activity. These engaging sessions promote collaboration, focus, and resilience, while structured reflection helps pupils connect movement with behaviour, emotions, and choices. By creating safe spaces for teamwork, leadership, and communication, the programme prepares learners both mentally and physically for the day ahead.

Natural Movement to Spark Curiosity & Control

IInspired by play therapy and instinctive movement, Primal Moves reawakens coordination, control, and creativity through animal-style flow, climbing, crawling, and balance work. This unique intervention blends natural movement with purposeful play to build strength, agility, and whole-body coordination, while improving cardiovascular fitness in a fun, inclusive environment. Through partner and group challenges, pupils develop social awareness, empathy, and teamwork. Every session creates a safe space for connection—not competition—where students build confidence, improve communication, and form positive peer relationships. Designed to nurture both body and mind, Primal Moves prepares every learner to move, interact, and grow with purpose.
